Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader to join our team as a General Manager at Ambar Capitol Hill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory expenses

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing in full-service restaurants, as an AGM or GM
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Confident financial acumen, including the ability to read and interpret financial statements
