Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, high-energy fine dining property and drive its success every day. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service.
  • Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
