The Position: Restaurant Assistant General ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Hiring and Training: Assist directly with hiring and training decisions for the front-of-house team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring Food Safety and Sanitation: Hold team members accountable for company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.
- Overseeing Company Systems and Policies: Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained, including labor laws and practices.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Be attentive to all guests and managers while on the floor, creating a great guest experience for all.
- Training and Development: Make sure all new employees go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful in their position.
- Assisting with Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist the General Manager in all forecasting and budgeting.
- Representing the Restaurant: Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the General Manager.

- Has Restaurant Management Experience: You have 4+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume restaurants.
