Part-time Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Part-time Customer Service Advisor Night Shifts

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £10,500 per annum + 20% anti-social hours pay (based on 20 hours per week) + 1/4 bonus

Working Hours: 2 nights a week, 9 PM - 7 AM

About the Role

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our Operations team, acting as a vital link between our clients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the placement of our staff into client shifts and supporting the expansion of our client and nurse database. You will also handle inquiries from both clients and staff regarding various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone calls and emails from clients, entering new shift information into our specialized software.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to healthcare professionals to schedule them for shifts at medical facilities, ensuring their qualifications align with the shift requirements.
  • Reach out to healthcare professionals to ascertain their availability for current and upcoming shifts while promoting ongoing compliance.
  • Contact clients to confirm worker details, identify additional needs, and enhance client relationships to foster business growth.
  • Encourage the use of our online ordering and booking platform among clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any additional inquiries.
  • Maintain professional, informative, and positive relationships at all times.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the company and its services.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize workload.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Call center experience is advantageous.
