ROLE OVERVIEW:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support and assistance to our clients and field teams. This includes:

  • Efficiently processing customer orders received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and special requests, including accurate assignment of shipping dates and carriers.
  • Responding promptly to incoming inquiries, addressing questions related to order status, shipments, pricing, and returns.
  • Taking ownership of assigned accounts and following established procedures closely.
  • Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to remain patient and professional in all customer interactions.
  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

An associate degree is preferred.
