At Abbott Laboratories, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide advanced support to our Divisional Vice President and other Managers/Directors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, preparing expense reports, and making travel arrangements using Concur and Microsoft Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination.

• Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents using SAP programs.

• Manage correspondence, mail distribution, and private conference room arrangements.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, office set-ups, and moves.

• Assist with monthly financial statement assembly, scanning, and delivery.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $44.00 per hour, depending on location.
