About the Role

This Commercial Lines Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager position at APR offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and client satisfaction. As the primary contact for Producer-assigned accounts, you will manage a mid-market book of business and lead a dedicated service team.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Manage client relationships independently, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimal oversight.
  • Team Leadership: Direct a service team to achieve high-quality management of a mid-market book of business, driving client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client interviews and respond to RFPs to foster strong engagement and advocate for renewal business.
  • Renewal Management: Analyze and present renewal options, promoting additional coverage lines and ensuring optimal risk management.
  • Promotion: Utilize tailored Producer Service Proposals to promote agency services, enhancing clients' overall experience.
  • Expert Analysis: Provide expert analysis and recommendations to enhance clients' coverage plans, maximizing value and minimizing risks.
  • Carrier Selection: Strategically select carriers, negotiate terms, and manage premium setups to deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits and claims, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client trust.
  • Contract Management: Review and verify accuracy in client coverage contracts and amendments, guaranteeing compliance and precision.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Professional designations such as CIC, CISR, CSRM, AAI preferred.
Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000 plus comprehensive health benefits.
