We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Manager to join our team at APR in Richmond, VA. This role offers a unique combination of autonomy and collaboration, with opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role:
  • As a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert consultation, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and consultation.
  • Managing renewals, document issuance, and all aspects of account servicing within strict timelines.
  • Preparing submissions that resonate with clients and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in commercial insurance account servicing.
  • Possession of a P&C license and a deep understanding of insurance products and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS360.
  • An independent and collaborative team player with a college degree or equivalent industry designations.
