Senior Employee Benefits Development Manager

Crescent City Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Benefits Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to drive growth and expansion in the employee benefits market.
About the RoleThe Senior Employee Benefits Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a specified geographic territory, building meaningful business relationships with brokers and other centers of influence to expand the distribution of employee benefits products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining key broker relationships to drive sales activity and revenue growth
- Building a strong, visible presence in the assigned territory through strategic marketing initiatives
- Developing a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to close employee benefit business
- Generating new opportunities and guiding them from prospect to closure
- Achieving activity and assigned revenue targets while managing the territory to achieve net quote activity levels that meet selling objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Established broker relationships with experience in LTD, STD, and Group Life
- Proven ability to produce within the assigned territory and achieve satisfactory sales results and submissions of client's products
- Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with a collaborative style
- Advanced ability to develop strategies and business plans and deliver on established objectives
- Outstanding presentation and consultative selling skills
- Able to travel up to 50% to meet with targeted prospects
- Bachelor's Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Life and Health license
- Minimum of two-four years of Employee Benefit Sales experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
