Residential Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to promote and sell our products and services to residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and terms with customers to close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential sales is preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying business development opportunities.
