Overview:

CTP is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to lead the tactical execution of a comprehensive on-site marketing initiative. This position demands the management of various work streams, collaboration with external stakeholders, and the assurance of a seamless campaign rollout aimed at enhancing product engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the defined marketing strategy through actionable, cross-functional work streams, ensuring alignment with established goals.
  • Monitor and manage all work streams, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Create and uphold detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to obtain necessary approvals and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and gaps within the marketing program.
  • Explore and negotiate potential partnerships, developing comprehensive customer marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Experience in partnership marketing.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple work streams concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in airport marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services sector and payment ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations with confidence.
