We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our team at Apple, Inc. as the Head of Video Marketing and Go-to-Market Planning. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of off-platform marketing initiatives and TV+ approach in markets.
Key Responsibilities- Apple TV+ Go-To-Market Planning: Align with TV+ content marketing, paid media & development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business objectives. Drive holistic go-to-market plans across marketing, distribution, creative, and the business, overseeing prioritization and deployment to ensure maximum impact.
- Apple TV App: Develop and execute marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns for the Apple TV app, including budgeting, KPIs, targeting, and cross-functional briefings across Apple paid and owned channels.
- 3rd Party Living Room: Manage the budget and approach for paid media on connected devices, working with the media team for execution and with partner marketing to ensure a coordinated strategy with earned media.
- Trade Marketing: Develop partner marketing tools, creative assets, pitch decks, and events to generate excitement for Apple TV+. Manage the budget and approach for trade marketing, working with relevant teams to drive the LOB partner approach.
- 3P Studio Marketing: Maximize studio partner marketing value for the transactional (EST/VOD) and channels business.
- Be the voice of the Video business across the larger marketing organization, inspiring and leading internal teams to rally around a unified vision.
- Provide timely updates to senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings, and performance metrics.
- Inspire, lead, and grow a team of highly skilled video marketing strategists.
- 15+ years of relevant film and TV consumer marketing experience in the video streaming space in a subscription marketing or service marketing capacity.
- Experience in launching and managing full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A strong record of designing and delivering efficient performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong presentation skills and experience crafting presentations for senior leadership.
- Highly strategic and analytical, data-driven approach to recommendations and problem-solving.
- Deep industry knowledge across global markets of media and entertainment, and a keen observer of industry trends.
- MBA preferred.
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,700 and $318,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
