This role engages with retail partners across various sectors, including Mass Retail (Target), Department Stores, Gaming/Electronics, and our Emerging Channels (Specialty, Off Price, Value, Grocery/Drug, Club, Home Improvement, Craft, Books).

Salary Range: $45,760 - $58,240
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Functions:
- Assist the Director of Omnichannel Retail Marketing and the Associate Manager of Growth Channel Retail Marketing in coordinating various projects, including omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store promotions, content creation, influencer partnerships, events, retail media, e-commerce, etc.), executive retail meetings, presentation materials, campaign summaries, and public relations support.
- Campaign Development Coordination:
- Engage in brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor and share marketing trends related to toys, fashion, home goods, beauty products, consumables, and more, particularly in the social media and influencer domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Franchise, Category, and Business Development.
- Collect essential product information from relevant teams for marketing purposes.
- Assist in creating marketing briefs for agencies and creators using Excel and Keynote.
- Help design Keynote presentations for campaign overviews, utilizing basic design skills.
- Facilitate the setup of marketing vendors within NBCU systems.
- Manage the routing of contracts for review and approval.
- Organize meetings with marketing agencies.
- Campaign Execution Coordination:
- Distribute creative assets for marketing use to external partners through digital asset management tools.
- Review retail marketing submissions in Media Box and direct projects to the appropriate teams for evaluation.
- Provide feedback on Media Box marketing submissions in collaboration with Franchise.
- Gather input from the Manager and relevant internal teams on creative agency outputs and relay this information to the appropriate contacts.
- Coordinate campaign logistics using project management tools and timelines to ensure teams remain informed, on schedule, and accountable for timely launches.
- Track campaign performance data across various channels and partners, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Influencers.
- Assist in the creation of Keynote presentations and/or Excel documents for campaign recaps, which include campaign visuals, links, tracked data, etc., collaborating with the Manager on analysis.
- Support logistics for marketing events.
- Generate purchase orders.
- Process invoices.
- Team Coordination:
- Update team trackers with guidance from the Manager and relevant teams, including marketing calendars, budget tracking, and product lists for marketing.
- Executive Meeting Preparation:
- Compile slides from cross-functional teams into a master document/presentation and circulate to relevant teams.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends (both internal and external) that influence marketing strategies.
- Professional Development:
- Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reviewing industry publications.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with retail environments and franchise products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a comparable role.
- Hybrid work environment.
- May require occasional travel, evening, and weekend work to support marketing events and initiatives.
