Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Zenner & Ritter Inc. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with opportunities for advancement to other roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by facilitating the prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and service requests.
  • Master call templates to ensure confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and present opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
  • Partner with teammates and maintain communication with managers and other departments.
  • Monitor company email, voice mail, social media, messaging, and other media to deliver timely responses.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and solid phone voice.
  • Strong computer skills and exceptional follow-up abilities.
  • Interest in advancement and a desire to contribute to the company's growth.
