About the Role
The Senior Director, Commercial Banking will be responsible for leading business development and relationship management efforts to execute the division's strategic plan. This includes guiding a team in meeting annual growth and customer retention targets in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new opportunities and work with existing customers to drive deposit portfolio growth for the Juris Banking organization.
- Meet sales objectives, manage market dynamics, and execute strategies outlined by senior leaders.
- Proactively address loan and deposit performance, mitigate risk from market development, and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct experience in lending and/or deposit sales, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations and juris banking products and services.
- Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $230,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus/incentive and restricted stock awards.
