Job Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant General Manager of Operations and serving as a Human Resources point-person to the store population. This role requires strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as analytical and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resources support to the Assistant General Manager, Operations
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage administrative tasks related to associate reviews
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve concerns
  • Execute various projects simultaneously for multiple departments

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
