Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant General Manager of Operations and serving as a Human Resources point-person to the store population. This role requires strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as analytical and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Human Resources support to the Assistant General Manager, Operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage administrative tasks related to associate reviews
- Interface directly with customers to resolve concerns
- Execute various projects simultaneously for multiple departments
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work a flexible schedule
