Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This is a mid-level management position that requires prior experience with project management, supervision, hiring, firing, basic business accounting, law firm trust accounting rules, and an understanding of the Rules of Professionalism that lawyers and law firms must follow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole, good judgment to know when to use their experience and instincts to get things done versus when they need to ask for help, and a+ player with the professionalism and talent to help us grow our business and help more people.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing support staff, ensuring we meet important deadlines, and that cases stay on track and on time.
- Develop and oversee the systems that run the business, including intake, sales, legal production, financial review, human resources management, etc.
- Handle facilities management, office supplies, and technology vendors.
- 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required.
- Excellent spoken and written English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole.
- Good judgment to know when to use your experience and instincts to get things done versus when you need to ask for help.
- A+ player with the professionalism and talent to help us grow our business and help more people.
