This is a unique opportunity to join Randstad USA as an Area Vice President of Sales, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering transformative solutions to our clients.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy to gain new accounts, managing a wide and deep sales pipeline, and establishing meaningful relationships with clients at all levels.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of proven B2B or staffing sales experience, including a track record of successfully closing large deals. They will also have experience selling solutions versus products, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
