About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires local presence in the Orlando, FL area. We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Area Vice President of Sales.

Randstad, a global leader in talent solutions, is looking for a sales expert who can navigate complex sales cycles and provide transformative solutions to our clients.

Our Inhouse Services Division specializes in providing high-volume, skilled flexible labor to improve labor flexibility, retention, productivity, and efficiency. We need a problem solver who can empower companies with the right human capital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to gain new accounts
  • Manage a wide and deep sales pipeline, including database creation
  • Establish meaningful relationships with clients at all levels
  • Listen to understand clients' operations and circumstances
  • Design and implement solutions that provide customer delight
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B or staffing sales experience, including a track record of successfully closing large deals
  • Experience selling solutions versus products
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization
  • An approach motivated by the challenge of the environment
  • Experience as a leader who solves problems and grows teams
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and a desire to do an excellent job
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
