Job Summary:

Columbia College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Instructor I to join our team of healthcare educators. As a key member of our Nursing Department, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and teach ASN and/or BSN students in clinical and laboratory settings
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Partner with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
  • Collaborate with clinical agencies to ensure high-quality learning experiences
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Unencumbered Missouri registered nurse license or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience
  • Flexibility to travel to various clinical agencies
  • Ability to work varied hours, including evening lab/clinical
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous clinical instructor experience supervising and evaluating nursing students
