Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging activities, events, and programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of residents.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with program implementation and resident engagement.
  • Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and social organizations to secure resources and support for resident programs.
