Senior Clinical Instructor I

Columbia College seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Instructor I to join our Nursing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and teach ASN and/or BSN students in clinical and laboratory settings
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Partner with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and program assessments
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Unencumbered Missouri registered nurse license or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience immediately prior to appointment
  • Flexibility to travel to various clinical agencies locally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous clinical instructor experience supervising and evaluating nursing students
