The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our early-stage team. Key Responsibilities- Drive sales by understanding the unique needs and challenges of employers and employee benefits brokers, delivering a consultative sales experience.
- Develop strong sales discovery skills, uncovering employer and broker pain points and priorities, and strategic questioning and active listening.
- Effectively articulate the Overalls value proposition, demonstrating how our offering impacts productivity, stress, and company culture.
- Maintain and close a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed target sales objectives through lead sales calls, delivering sales presentations and product demos, managing inbound leads, and strategizing innovative ways to reach new clients.
- 3-10 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, Subscription Sales, Benefits, or Employee Management Software.
- Proven ability to build and execute full-cycle sales strategies, from prospecting to closing business.
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and building business cases to reach economic decision-makers.
- Success in carrying a $500k-$1M+ annual quota and managing a sales pipeline independently.
- Expert listening and discovery skills, and ability to map product value to client needs.
