Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dr. Lane & Associates Family Dentistry. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone Management: Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, and ensuring the next day's schedule is filled for all providers.
  • Financial Management: Enforce the company's financial policy by collecting and entering payment transactions accurately.
  • Patient Care: Check in patients using Denticon software, verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and update information accurately.
  • Office Operations: Maintain electronic records, scan and sort paperwork, and ensure the office lobby and waiting room are clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk dental role
  • Skills: Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and computer proficiency
