About the RoleAs a Treatment Coordinator at My Orthodontist, you will be responsible for building relationships with local industry professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop relationships with local industry reps, consultants, and dentists to generate leads
- Prospect and initiate contact with potential patients
- Present and attend sales and marketing functions, such as seminars, luncheons, and sponsored events
- Engage in sales and marketing team activities and tasks related to growth experimentation
- Crush sales goals
- A record of sales success
- Proven ability to execute in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Strong sense of ownership and drive to take initiatives from inception to completion
- Empathy and ability to understand patient requirements and frustrations
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
