Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Administrator/Patient Coordinator to join our team at Cary Dental Arts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing front office operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments
  • Coordinate treatment plans, communicate with patients, and educate them on their dental care options
  • Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and registration processes
  • Manage patient accounts, track outstanding balances, and assist with collections
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide general office support
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous front office dental experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred
  • Ability to learn practice management software, Open Dental experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
