Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation, including patient identification, check-in/out, charge posting, and cash management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, including coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure seamless transitions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, including lab results, test scheduling, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
