About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Vice President of Alternative Investments to join our team at Kay Properties and Investments, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for raising capital from high-net-worth accredited investors for our 1031 exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties and other real estate private placement funds and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Vice Presidents to develop and execute strategies to raise capital from investors
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth accredited investors and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our investors and clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate or alternative investments industry
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the real estate or alternative investments industry
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adheres to the highest ethical standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Series licenses required: SIE, 63 and one of the following: 7, 22 or 82
