Key Responsibilities

As a Bicycle Service Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding technical services, ensuring that bicycles are meticulously maintained, accurately repaired, and expertly assembled. By providing top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in the success of the store and enhance the cycling experience for our customers. Qualifications

As a Service Specialist, each day will present unique challenges. Your role will revolve around caring for bicycles to ensure their owners enjoy riding them. You will diagnose repairs and service various types of bicycles, while also supporting the sales team with bike assembly and sales assistance.

Your mechanical expertise, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering superior service will be crucial to your team's success. Since you will interact with customers to assess issues and recommend solutions, a sincere concern for their well-being and a desire to resolve their problems are paramount.

Performance Metrics

Production Performance = 80%

• Focus on servicing bicycles to ensure timely repairs while balancing the demands of the sales floor with bike assembly and accessory installation.

Financial Performance = 10%
• Serve as a backup to the Service Manager and/or Lead Service Technician at the service counter, engaging with customers to provide them with everything they need for an exceptional experience with their bicycles and our company.

Operational Performance = 10%
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the Service Department and the storage area for back-stock and service bicycles.
• Support transfer tasks as necessary, staying informed on current policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

· 40 hours per week.
· 5 days per week
· Weekday and weekend shifts
· 8+ hour shifts
