At TEKsystems, we're a leading provider of technology services, and we're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist - IT Help Desk to join our team.
This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and training to our customers.
As a Technical Support Specialist - IT Help Desk, you will be responsible for providing rotational support for our clinics, with a focus on providing timely resolution to tickets and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
You will work closely with our SD Corporate team to monitor tickets, identify trends in technology issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
This role requires the ability to travel to designated regional clinics to support daily technical operational issues, as well as to provide customer relationship management support to drive customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for handling escalated tickets from the help desk, assisting with new hires, installing equipment, and providing technical support for various IT issues.
Examples of technical duties include working with network teams, terminations, hardware/software support, and remote support.
You will also be responsible for supporting multiple locations within a 40-mile radius, with the ability to travel to other clinics as needed to resolve issues on site.
With approximately 20-25% travel, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different teams and technologies, including Manage engine desktop central for imaging, Citrix, Imprivata, Global Protect VPN, Direct Access VPN, and Freshservice ticketing system.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
