Marketing Operations Team Lead
The Marketing Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all marketing operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This includes managing and optimizing marketing tech stack strategy planning and maintenance to support key marketing objectives, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of revenue and marketing operations best practices. They will also have experience with Salesforce and customizing it to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes, as well as experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and integrating it with various systems.
This role will sit on a centralized Revenue Operations team focusing on revenue marketing operations and report into the Director of Revenue Operations. The Marketing Operations Team Lead will work closely with marketing, sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to align marketing and revenue goals and drive collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing tech stack strategy planning and maintenance to support key marketing objectives, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Own all administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing marketing platforms and tools
- Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need
- Oversee and optimize all marketing operations processes, including lead contact and account management, lead and account scoring, campaign management, marketing automation, and attribution
- Develop and implement strategies to track early pipeline and revenue growth to provide insight to help the marketing team continuously improve campaign and program performance
- Work closely with marketing, sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to align marketing and revenue goals and drive collaboration
- Analyze marketing and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain marketing operations systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable marketing processes and policies
- Help to ensure that Tapcheck's marketing tech stack and associated processes leverage the latest technologies and are best-in-class
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment
- Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and integrating it with various systems
- Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing an ever-evolving project roadmap
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and revenue data to drive strategic decisions

Compensation:
$120,000 + Bonus + Equity
The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills.
