Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide timely responses to service requests.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and assign work orders.
  • Process and update invoices, work orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Order parts and supplies for service shop and field service calls.
  • Assist with incremental repair quotes and timecard entries.
  • Pass on leads for work to other departments as needed.
  • Coordinate with the CSA Department to meet their needs.
  • Work flexible hours, including after hours, to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing, promotion, distribution, inventory, customer lists, and financial reports.
  • Support supervisors from all departments in timely closing of service calls.
  • Cover absences in other positions within the Service department as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
