Job Title: Shop Foreman

LandPro Equipment LLC is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. As a Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assignment of jobs and work areas to Service Department employees based on their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in the appraisal of repair orders and review them for accuracy and completeness.
  • Direct and assist in the diagnosis of machine problems and recommend new tooling as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-house technician training and assist in providing performance feedback to service technicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • Agriculture Industry/Ag equipment experience is a requirement.
  • Ability to lead others and use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
