Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dining Experience Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

As a Dining Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers;
  • Helping to resolve any food quality issues and supporting food safety protocols;
  • Assisting with customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences;
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules;
  • Developing and cross-training all front-of-house crew members;

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour, which is estimated based on the location and the type of role. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including:
