About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Director to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving collaboration across Strategy, Creative, and Production to deliver digital assets at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization, leveraging experimental design philosophies to uncover performance insights.
  • Immerse yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to build the business.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to expand our relationship.
  • Partner with our analytics team to develop regular data narratives, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the social landscape, regularly sharing updates across teams.
  • Coach and inspire junior staff with consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of agency experience required.
  • Authentically passionate about great work, your team, and our business.
  • Strong people skills, an effective communicator, and compelling presenter.
  • Attentive to detail, highly-organized, and proactive when it comes to process.
  • A diplomatic and empathetic leadership style with prior experience mentoring direct reports.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to foresee and offset potential conflicts.
  • Comfortability with the social media landscape and channel capabilities.
  • Fluent with numbers, media, and data storytelling.
