About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at First Entertainment Credit Union. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our member experience.
  2. Lead Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data and analytics to segment and target our audience, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and efficient.
  3. Content Creation and Deployment: Develop and deploy high-quality content across various digital channels, including email, social media, and our website.
  4. Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize our digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our digital marketing strategy.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  3. Proven Track Record of Success: A proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance member experience.
  4. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  5. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
