About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Director to join our team at College Track. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive growth, engagement, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives to enhance our online presence and drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee the management of our website, content creation, email marketing, digital advertising, and analytics to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and implement solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure our digital strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
