We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Inogen. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Delivery and Setup: Deliver and set up respiratory equipment to patients in their homes or other specified locations, ensuring that all equipment is properly assembled and functioning correctly.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to patients and caregivers, educating them on the safe use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment deliveries, pickups, and testing, as well as complete any necessary paperwork and reports.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our Referral Development Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in home medical equipment delivery or a related field preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
