Overview

The Water Grill South Coast Plaza is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pastry items, including desserts and breads, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • 1 year experience as a restaurant cook.
  • High school graduate.
  • Food handlers Card.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.
