Position Overview: The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for welcoming, assisting, and providing guidance and information to clients, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor access by issuing and collecting badges, while maintaining an accurate visitor log.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, screening and directing them to appropriate staff members.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain staff calendars.
  • Perform basic filing and recordkeeping tasks.
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
  • Procure office and client supplies as needed.
  • Execute other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.


• Possession of a valid Driver's license.


• If applicable, must demonstrate a minimum of two years of continuous abstinence from substances.


• Knowledge of ethical principles and client confidentiality is essential.

Required Skills:


• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.


• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.


• Strong time management skills.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and on a computer.


• Flexibility to provide services at various locations.


• Capacity to stand for 15-20% of the time.


• Must be able to lift items weighing between 30-50 pounds occasionally.
