  • Communication and Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with strong attention to detail and proper grammar, maintaining a professional tone and style.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items as needed, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.

  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is required, demonstrating a proven track record of success in executive support and administration.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar and detail, are essential for effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information is essential for maintaining trust and confidence.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Travel Experience: Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, including international travel, is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in logistics and execution.
