Overview: APR is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Franklin, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an established book of business, consulting clients on coverage, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who has a proven track record of success in commercial insurance account management. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients and carriers, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  1. Renewals: Manage an established book of business assigned specifically to you, including renewals, providing summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals and other insurance documents within designated timelines.
  2. Client Relationships: Conduct consultative conversations with a Commercial client base; establish & maintain carrier and client relationships.
  3. Marketing Submissions: Obtain non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, complete renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause; prepare complete marketing submissions on existing clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • P&C License (all lines).
  • Expert knowledge of insurance products and documents.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to continuing education and professional development.
Compensation:A competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $100,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
