About the Opportunity

Coverall North America is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, and we are looking for a talented Outside Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong sales skillset and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field and phone outreach
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in outside sales, including canvassing and closing deals. A minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and CRM, is also required. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

Coverall North America offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, disability, life, and 401K. Additionally, we provide tuition assistance, paid holidays and vacation, and a comprehensive training program.
