About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Counselor to join our team at Wisteria at Warner Center. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in representing our community throughout the sales and decision-making process for prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to receipt of deposit and move-in, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for prospective residents.
  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate ongoing contact with prospective residents through various channels, including telephone, personal visits, tours, and home visits, to facilitate the selling process.
  • Counseling and Advising: Counsel and advise prospective residents, family members, and key influencers on levels of care, community services, and features, as well as available residential options.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document all information related to prospective residents, including communication with administration and direct supervision, and maintain accuracy in the Leads Management System.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing events throughout the year, coordinate communication with necessary parties, and contribute to the development and research of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals and meeting customer contact goals as outlined by the Marketing Director.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Must have previous sales experience, with at least five years of experience in comparable sales preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both large and small groups.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with self-discipline and self-motivation, and proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and lead-tracking software.
