About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Wisteria at Warner Center. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for representing our community throughout the sales and decision-making process for prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from first inquiry to receipt of deposit to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for prospective residents.
  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate ongoing contact with prospective residents via various channels, including personal visits, tours, and home visits, to facilitate the selling process.
  • Counseling and Advising: Counsel and advise prospective residents, family members, and key influencers on levels of care, community services, and features, as well as available residential options.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document all information relating to prospective residents, including communication with administration and direct supervision, and ensure accuracy in the Leads Management System.
  • Marketing and Events: Coordinate and participate in marketing events throughout the year, and communicate effectively with prospective residents about community amenities and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate communication with all necessary parties to facilitate a timely and appropriate sale and move-in process, and actively contribute to the development and research of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Customer Service: Handle all inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and achieve sales goals as outlined by the Marketing Director.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Must have previous sales experience, with at least five years of experience in comparable sales preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both large and small groups.
  • Technical Skills: Must have the ability to work independently with self-discipline and self-motivation, and have skill in the use of computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and lead-tracking software.
