Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead direct sales strategies to increase usage of our SaaS applications, including Amped, Adaptix, Optix, and Validify.
  • Nurture existing and develop new customer relationships to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop messaging and campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to ensure sales quotas and management objectives are met.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Manage customer account issues and report to the VP of Sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software solutions.
  • BA or BS degree.
  • Experience with formal sales management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification in sales methodology.
  • Energetic, tenacious, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
