About the Role

The Meet Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner Specialist to join our Acquisition Team. This role will be remote, but based in our New Hope office and reports to the SVP of Community & Content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Compliance: Screen profiles of live-streamers who are referred to our platforms by third-party partners against our Live Guidelines to ensure compliance with our content and moderation standards and overall eligibility according to contract terms.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM to document streamer profile information, associated third-party representative(s), promotion period dates, task reminders, or pertinent notes of said user history.
  • Promotion and Analysis: Apply trending promotion codes on eligible accounts and removal of codes on underperformers as a matter of routine. Analyze data of all streamers from third-party sources to determine overall vendor performance and make strategic suggestions.
  • Partner Communication: Provide streamer progress reports of any active talent to the associated third-party supplier. Ensure partners are equipped with necessary live-streaming strategies and app-specific knowledge/materials in order to create a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Research and Development: Research the social media landscape, the influencer market, and content creation trends to help identify and pursue viable new partnership avenues. Seek out connections and build relationships with potential new partners - agency or independent, and facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular, efficient communication with assigned and recruited partners to ensure positive, professional relationships and obstacle resolution.
Requirements & Additional Preferences
  • Education: Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred OR the equivalent in industry experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years working in Sales, Account Management, Vendor Relations, Business Partner Relations, Talent Management, or similar, within one of the preferred industries listed above.
  • Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills are a must. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office/GoogleDocs with the ability to chart and analyze data trends. Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), VMS (Vendor Management System), or other similar Information Management Systems (Familiarity with HubSpot Pro is a plus).
  • Relationship Building: Strong track record of building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. Experience negotiating contracts with entities of all sizes.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills across all mediums - i.e. text, email, video, phone, and face-to-face.
