Join ECF Data as a Cloud Solutions Architect

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engineering and providing advanced support for our Azure platform and associated services. A successful applicant will showcase their technical expertise and proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure Platform Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, support, and maintain Azure environments for our clients.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for assessments, designs, migrations, and operational support.
  • Offer technical direction to delivery teams throughout managed services projects.
  • Serve as a top-tier escalation point for critical issues in client environments.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analyses and root cause investigations.
  • Contribute to the design and development of proprietary monitoring and remote management tools.
  • Manage and mentor Analyst and Consultant level team members, providing performance feedback and career guidance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure.
  • Experience with migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.
  • Strong background in Azure Networking design and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Modern Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access.
  • Understanding of the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework and its implementation.
  • Expertise in the Azure Well-Architected Framework and its application.
  • Proficient in Azure Management and Governance practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Security Center, including policy deployment and reviewing audit logs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
  • Experience with client testing, server patching, and deployment support.
  • Proficient in Azure CLI and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with container platforms and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of Azure Advanced Networking, including Virtual Networks and ExpressRoute.
  • Experience with Azure PaaS Services, including API Management and Azure SQL.
  • Understanding of Identity Management with Azure AD and Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience with Azure Security Center and threat detection tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience with specified infrastructure and IT technologies.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as AZ-900, MS-500, AZ-103, AZ-500, and AZ-104 are advantageous.
