Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operational activities and manage company resources efficiently. Formulate and execute business strategies, plans, and processes. Establish comprehensive performance and growth objectives. Inspire team members to achieve peak performance and commitment. Create policies that reinforce company culture and vision. Monitor financial performance, investments, and various business initiatives. Cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Assess performance through data analysis and metrics interpretation. Prepare and present reports to ownership on critical matters.
Qualifications and Experience

Valid driver's license is mandatory. Demonstrated experience as a General Manager. Background in the cleaning sector is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. 5+ years of experience in customer service within a dynamic environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary. Supervisory experience is essential.Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 based on experience Minimum of 40 hours per week with potential overtime Provision of eco-friendly cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms. Comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Vacation/PTO after one year: 5 days. Job Type: Full-time
