We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Operations Director to manage our daily functions and foster business expansion. The successful candidate will possess a robust management background, familiarity with the cleaning sector, and a history of leading teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business operations and utilize company resources efficiently.
  • Support field staff as necessary.
  • Handle and finalize sales inquiries.
  • Inspire employees to achieve peak performance and commitment.
  • Establish guidelines that reinforce company culture and vision.
  • Oversee financial outcomes, investments, and various business initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Assess performance through data analysis and interpretation.
  • Prepare and submit reports to ownership on significant matters.

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Operations Director.
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is essential.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 based on experience
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week with potential overtime
  • Receive eco-friendly cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Professional training provided on the job.
  • Vacation/PTO after one year: 5 days.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 to $19.00
